About Miriam E. Rodriguez, Esq.

Miriam E. Rodriguez is the senior attorney of the Law Office of Miriam E. Rodriguez, PC. She brings years of experience in a variety of areas that combined with her legal training allow her to offer her clients a well rounded professional capable of taking on unique challenges.

Miriam is a Nevada licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – Nevada, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Miriam had the honor of being appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court as a Trustee for the Nevada Law Foundation from 1998 to 2005 and as a Mediator for the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program in December, 2009.

Miriam as offered her services to the Clark County Pro Bono Project assisting low income individuals with both immigration and bankruptcy matters.

Miriam was a Certified Court Interpreter (Spanish) for the Eighth Judicial District Court for a number of years prior to initiating her career as an attorney. Her experience as a Court Interpreter provided Miriam with thousands of hours of exposure to an incredible selection of legal issues that enhance her vast experience in the legal arena.

Miriam also offers her time to the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Committee as an arbitrator and mediator. She believes that the Pro Bono time invested in assisting clients and attorneys in resolving their existing disputes, is the best way to contribute to and support the integrity of the Legal Profession.

Miriam is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, past member of the College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board and of the Nevada Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Board.
