Miriam E. Rodriguez
Attorney Rodriguez has practiced law since 2005. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Foreign Languages and prior to her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Rodriguez provided pro-bono translation and interpreter services for the Mexican Consulate from 1997-1999 and served the Eighth Judicial District Court as a court interpreter for 2 years. She has extensive experience through a wide array of legal practices while still contributing to local communities and organizations in Nevada. Attorney Rodriguez has served multiple roles in various courts. In 2013, she was appointed as a Business License Hearing Officer for the City of Henderson. In 2016, she became a Mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada. She has also been a mediator for the Foreclosure Mediation program since 2009. From August, 2016 to current, she serves as a Pro Tem Hearing Master for the Child Support Division. Outside of her solo-legal practice, Attorney Rodriguez has worked with local non-profit organizations to help with citizen drives. She has also worked with Immigration Court outreaches to help represent detainees in Immigration Court.
